Privacy policy

Data collected: through the contact form, your business, what you need and your email address; by email or text message, whatever information you choose to send.

Purpose and legal basis: this information is only used to reply to your request and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract). It is never sold, shared or used for any other purpose.

Recipients: Fabrice David only. Messages are delivered by the Resend email service (Resend, Inc., United States) and the site is hosted by Cloudflare, both acting as technical processors. These transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. If sending fails, the form opens your email app with a pre-filled message, which you choose whether or not to send.

Retention: 3 years from our last exchange if no contract is signed; if work is carried out, the legal retention period for business records.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to its processing, by writing to Brisco.Freelance@proton.me. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
